Joint's pain
I used Reiki, Cosmic clinic energy and supplements as iodine around 32-50 mg \day. baking soda 4-5 tablets 5-8 times\day and collagen-c 3 tablets twice daily.
It helped me get rid of joint's pain and improve the skin, hair and nails. Also it diminish the appearance of cold and easy it's symptoms.

Weight loss
after my second child birth I was fighting the weight - it will be 12 years in December. During this battle I find that the most important to find the source of this problem and in most cases it would be the deficiency of some element or hormone.
As Reiki master and Master founder of few new styles I developed the energy which helps to maintain the weight- not gain new pounds. But this energy didn't help me to lose weight until I found a few elements which had deficiency in my body.

Unfortunately all these preparations and plans were for nothing, because while they tried to land, the great wave arrive from the island and pushes their boat from it. Rina took her hand and said:” It is the truth- you can unite with the sword and became the one with it, because after your training you start to understand and feel it like you feel yourself. It happened before with other people who were using this sword. Now the sword chooses you to be his continuation. Suddenly Dari spotted the hole and understand that it is the grot. She stepped into it and was astonished by beauty of the place» the walls were covered by exotic sea plants and pearls, the sand under her feet had been mixed with beautiful crystals and when she took one to se it better she understands that it was the sapphire and other crystals were jewels too.
In the center of the grot was some kind of altar with the big stone box on it. Dari tried to open the box and suddenly was awakening by loud noise.

New achievement of one of my student
She participated in the self- love training and today got a great result- her money problem which had been bothered her past half a year so much that she even thought about suicide disappear just after she reach the affirmation "The root of my problem had been disappeared". This is one of the final affiramtion of this training.
