Demi Moore & Ashton Kutcher’s Marriage Isn’t Legal, Claims Kabbalah Lawsuit
Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher's marriage has been under increased scrutiny after the Two and a Half Men star cheated on his wife with a much younger San Diego party girl.
But now the state of the relationship faces a whole new level of inquiry, as a lawsuit that was filed earlier this year alleges that their marriage isn't even legal, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Marc Aisen filed a lawsuit on March 29, suing Kutcher, Madonna, and other Kabbalah members for racketeering and conspiracy to engage in a pattern of racketeering activity. Aisen is representing himself in the case.
