How I've got rid of insomnia

I've tried a lot of methods during my life to get rid of long term insomnia. Some worked for a while. The latest discovery is L-Tryptophan.

So far so good.

UPD. It's been a few months now and it still works. But because I like to discover new methods I added GABA as well and it's helped not only to sleep better but to get more energy through the day.
