Joint pain

If you are suffering from the joint pain do not rush to use pain medication- take a look on your iodine level. Often the joint pain is the sign of the iodine deficiency, You can measure iodine level in your body by simple home test: in the evening paint 3 lines by the iodine on your skin- one single line one double line and one triple line. If next morning only single line disappear your iodine level is fine, but if double and triple line dissappear over night your are iodine deficient. DR. Abraham, GE wrote :'“Based on a review of the literature, and recent clinical research studies, the concept of orthoiodosupplementation can be summarized as follows: 1. The nutrient iodine is essential for every cell of the human body requiring peripheral concentrations of inorganic iodide ranging from 10-6M to 10-5M. 2. In non-obese subjects without a defecting cellular transport system for iodine, these concentrations can be achieved with daily intake of 12.5 mg to 50 mg elemental iodine. The adult body retains approximately 1.5 gm iodine at sufficiency. At such time, the ingested iodine is quantitatively excreted in the urine as iodide. see more http://www.iodine4health.com/ortho/abraham_ortho.htm
